Mrs. Rivas holds a clinical license for bicultural and multilingual social worker. She has more than 13 years' experience working in nonprofits. She has experience working with many different populations, including LGBTQ+ people, substance abusers, and survivors of violence from intimate partners. She has served Erie patients since 2019. The services of Telehealth are available for Behavioral Health. Dr. Rivas offers adult trauma therapy. She is member of a team of Behavioral Health Perinatal Care which works post and prenatally. She also offers both private and group therapy, treatment with medication as well as referral to specialty services along with Women's support groups. Amanda is an active volunteer with Best Friends Animal Society. She assists pets in need of new places to call home. She is a believer in Best Friends "Save Them All", the slogan of the group, and has a passion to see Los Angeles be a no-kill community.
